Some things should come easily for some people and they don't have to work hard. Challenges are difficult and not worth the effort. You are either good at something or you're not. Want to be complimented on the end result. My intelligence and abilities determine who I am and what I can become. Intelligence and abilities can improve through hard work, practice, and dedication. Effort and hard work is satisfying, fun, and a way to improve. I welcome challenges and embrace the effort needed to overcome them. I can learn any concept or skill that I want as long as I put forth the effort. You want to be complimented on the process. Effort and attitude determine who I am and what I can become.
