This fable tells the story of a lion who is getting ready for bed. He reads his favorite storybook, sings a lullaby, and turns on the night light. Suddenly, the peaceful night is disturbed by a mysterious knocking sound outside his window. The lion, imagining the sound to be the scariest monster ever, panics and is terrified. He grabs a baseball bat and a bicycle helmet to protect himself, then hides under the covers. When he dares to look out the window, he is surprised and relieved. The knocking sound is actually a small frog wearing tap shoes and a tutu, who has come just to show off his new dance moves!
