1 It is the system that recieves, processes and stores information. It coordinates the responses of the organism to internal and external stimuli. 2 It is the part of the nervous system formed by the brain and the spinal cord 3 It is the part of the Nervous System formed by the nerves that connect the central nervous system with the organs of the senses (eyes, ears and skin) and with other organs of the body as muscles, blood vesseles and glands. 4 It is the part of the Central Nervous System that is protected by the cranium. It is made up of gray and white matter. Thinking is generated on it. and it also coordinates physiological responses. 5 It is part of the Central Nervous System. It starts in the Medulla Oblongata and goes trough the spine. The nerves that go to the different systems of the body come from it. 6 type of neuron that carries impulses from the peripheral organs to the Central Nervous System. 7 Type of neuron that carries impulses from the central nervous system to muscles glands and tissues 8 Part of the Nervous System responsible of sensation and skeletal muscle control 9 Part of the Nervous System formed by nerves and galglia that innervate blood vessels, heart, entrails and glands. Its control is involuntary. It is divided into Sympathetic and Para-Sympathetic Nervous System. 10 Part of the Autonomic Nervous System that inhibits the processes of the parasympathetic nervous system, reduces gastric secrections, elevates heart rithym and contracts blood vessels 11 It is the part of the autonomic nervous system that inhibits the processes of the sympathetic nervous system. It increases the digestive secrections, lowers the heart rithym, etc.
