Will show as a blue hyperlink 'Track Order.' 5 A very useful view of the itemized products, showing you it's current status, quantity, and pricing that includes discount amounts and their final row total. 6 A complete review of the customers purchase from discounts, taxes and other applicable fees. Keep track of how much the customer paid, how much has been refunded and if any amount is due. 7 While you should also note in your Zendesk ticket of any payment reference numbers, you should also be including them here in the Magento Comment box. Along with notes for reasoning of additional discounts applied. 8 When in doubt- check the 'Notes for this Order' section for the history and any details on changes made to this specific order. 9 As you scroll down your screen, your action bar remains available. Explanation
