EMT Andrew has a lethargic and confused patient going in and out of consciousness. The patient mutters "no, no, no" when Andrew states the patient is going to the hospital.

The wrong dose of medication was realized by EMT Ashton only after they administered it to the patient, Leila. Leila thankfully did not appear to suffer from any ill effects. How should the PCR reflect this incident?

A smelly, bedbound, fat woman was treated by EMT Brogan for disgusting bedsores that were oozing. What could Brogan's PCR include?

After rolling their eyes, EMT Ethan double checks that they included the minimum data required for patient information was documented. What are they double checking is there?
