I just wanted to tell you about my recent trip and share some news . I finally arrived in Paris last week ! The journey was long , but it was worth it when I arrived the beautiful hotel we had booked . It was just as incredible as we thought . I had to wait almost an hour the airport because of some baggage problems , but everything was okay in the end . You know how much I depend good weather to enjoy my trips , and fortunately , it ? s been perfect here . Yesterday , I took some time to look the Eiffel Tower up close ? it's even more impressive in reality . I couldn ? t resist and asked a guided tour to learn more about its history . I've been careful not to spend too much money souvenirs , but it ? s hard with all that little shops around . By the way , I need to write Aunt Mary to thank her for the travel tips she gave me . They ? ve been really useful . There ? s so much to see and do here , but I still worry missing something interesting that I need to visit . Thankfully , the local people are very friendly and have invited me several events , so I ? m getting a real taste of Parisian life .
