Doing something gentle for someone can make you feel really good . When they're happy , it makes you happy too . It's a feeling when you know you've or even their week ! And sometimes it's the little things that mean the most .

I remember when I was at university . I had to work all weekend on an assignment . On Saturday morning my flatmate got up early and prepared delicious pastries for me . She didn't usually do that , but she knew I loved it . It was not a big thing , but really . I told her how grateful I felt and that I was for having her as a flatmate .

When people to do something special for you , it can be amazing . Last year for my birthday , my best friend organised a surprise party for me . I had no idea . We had a fantastic time and I . I was so and for days afterwards , feeling blessed and pleased about being surrounded by such amazing people .

But it's not just about other people making you happy . You can also make yourself happy by doing considerate things for others . I often send friends little messages or postcards to say hello or tell them I'm thinking of them . It only takes a few minutes , but it can really ? and mine too .
