Article 37: “Any part of the people can meet and demonstrate publicly and peacefully. Only the law may expressly establish the cases in which the exercise of this right may be limited” (Republica, 2011). Therefore, the acts that are presented against article 37 are considered as unconstitutional acts evidenced in ways in which international rights could be violated and the entities that were authorized to intervene.

In addition, international treaties are involved in which human rights are associated with international human rights, based on treaties such as: ILO Convention No. 87 on freedom of association and the protection of the right to organize, American Convention on the Rights Humans. “Pact of San José”, Law 1453 of 2011: Citizen Security Law, etc…
