Explanation

Long jump and Triple jump are the correct answer.

A sand pit is prepared to receive the athtletes after their jumps.

A soft strip made of plasticine allows to show impressions if the jumper steps on it.

Jumpers can start anywhere they wish on the 40 m. of the runaway.

We have a hop with one leg, a second jump is the step and finally we jump after the board.

In both events, athtletes have three attempts to set the longest distance.

Rules and regulations implies that you have to change you first leg in the second jump (step).
