Explanation

Don't worry if it says that you got the wrong answer! As long as you can justify your answer and elaborate on it, you'll have a solid argument.

All of these answers listed are just some of what you could add to elaborate Candidate A's statement. Your answer can be accepted too (if it's not listed here).

Don't worry if it says that you got the wrong answer! As long as you can justify your answer and elaborate on it, you'll have a solid argument.

There are many ways to reject opinion, pick one (or more) from page 64. ALSO, DO NOT USE INFORMAL EXPRESSIONS like "That's tight", "that's dope" "lit" and other slangs. Thank you.

You can add those organisations/institution to support Candidate D's statement/opinion

MUET requires formal use of English language. So the use of slangs is not encouraged. This includes "wanna", "gonna", "y'all", "lah" etc.

She needs to appear more confident (even if she has to fake it) and be more engaging with other candidates and the examiners. It does need more practice!

Having accents in one's speech is TOTALLY OKAY. Just make sure that your pronunciation is clear and intelligible.

Refer to page 64 (MUET book) for more ideas!

That is TOTALLY FINE. Not all candidates will agree with ONE solution. However your group must still conclude the discussion.

THERE ARE 3 SCENARIOS IN CONCLUDING A DISCUSSION: A) Agree = 3, Disagree = 1 Conclusion: To conclude, MOST OF US agree that ______________________ is the best choice because ________________________________. ___________________________________________. Thank you. B) Agree = 2, Disagree = 2 Conclusion: In conclusion, we were unable to make a solid decision because SOME OF US stongly believe that the best choice is __________ because _______________________________________________ while THE REST OF US think that giving him _______________ is the most useful because _________________ ___________________________________________. Thank you. C) All Disagree Conclusion: In a nutshell, we were unable to come to an agreement on which of the four options is the best choice. It seems ALL OF US strongly believe in our own points so as we have run out of time, we think that students should learn new things by doing a part-time job, travelling, taking a part-time course or doing volunteer work. Thank you.
