The Rise of Robinocracy!
The rise of Robinocracy is referred to the stablishment of the Hanoverian regime and the Whig system. However, James II and their supporters were not pleased to hear about King George I’s ascension. When the South Sea Bubble collapsed, it brought a financial crisis, out of which Walpole came to power. Walpole's reign came to symbolise the corruption in politics and society that along with demographic crisis, blighted the age. Nonetheless, Walpole was successful in managing parliament and building a broad, stable coalition that gave some Tories a stake in the Whig system
