Simple present perfect is required as the state of being a student continues until the present. Focus on 'since'. It is usually a clear signal/indicator that you have to use present perfect.

'since' is a reliable signal word for present perfect. Besides, the interest is still in the speaker, so it still lasts. There is a connection to the present and so present perfect has to be used.

You can use 'entered' (simple past) or 'had entered' (past perfect), as the entrance into grammar school happened before the joining of the club.

'at the age of fifteen' indicates a point in the past, so the overall action is already over and the simple past needs to be used.

'at the end of my school education' signals a point of time in the past, so there is no connection to the present and the simple past needs to be used.

'in July 2019' indicates a point of time in the past, so the simple past tense has to be used.

'for two months now' ('seit zwei Monaten') indicates that the status of the speaker (student) started in the past and is still going on. Therefore, the present perfect has to be used.

'so far' (bis jetzt) signals something that started in the past and is still going on. 'so far' is therefore a signal word that requires the present perfect. Even without the 'so far', present perfect clearly needs to be used because the sentence starts with this tense and 'sets the tone' for the rest of the sentence.

'for years' (seit Jahren) refers to a wish that started in the past and is still kept, so there is a connection to the present and thus the present perfect has to be used.
