Welcome to Ancestral Emotions. This is a unique memory game. Some of the face-down cards depict real-life situations experienced by Indigenous communities, while others show emojis representing emotions.

The goal is to flip the cards over two at a time and find the matching pairs. To find a pair, you must connect the situation with the emotion it evokes. For example, if you see a card showing a community being dispossessed of their ancestral lands, its match will be the Fear emoji.

You win when you find all the pairs and understand what the communities are feeling.
