Something cannot be changed once it is written. Reading is possible at any time and any speed. Writing needs to be TAUGHT and LEARNT. Use of topic sentences, paragraphs, units, conventional rules of grammar, formal and precise vocabulary. Never repeat anybody else’s ideas or words without acknowledgment. The idea of an audience generates contact. It should be clear because immediate feedback is not possible. There is no room for fillers, repetitions and redundancy.
