The idea of an audience generates contact. It should be clear because immediate feedback is not possible. Never repeat anybody else’s ideas or words without acknowledgment. The reader can go over it as many times as wanted. Reading is possible at any time and any speed. Use of topic sentences, paragraphs, units, conventional rules of grammar, formal and precise vocabulary. Something cannot be changed once it is written. There is no room for fillers, repetitions and redundancy.
