Writing needs to be TAUGHT and LEARNT. Never repeat anybody else’s ideas or words without acknowledgment. It should be clear because immediate feedback is not possible. Something cannot be changed once it is written. The writer and the reader do not have contact in time and space. Reading is possible at any time and any speed. The reader can go over it as many times as wanted. The idea of an audience generates contact. There is no room for fillers, repetitions and redundancy.
