Descriptive text is a text that describes something or someone, for example, a person.

To describe a specific person, to give clear and detailed information, and to help the reader imagine the object.

Descriptive text has two structures: Identification and Description

Descriptive text has three language features: simple present tense, adjectives, and linking verbs

There are four types of descriptive texts: descriptions of places, people, objects, and other things

That sentence is part of the first structure of a descriptive text, namely identification.

A sentence containing an adjective is “She is beautiful”.

The sentences in the description section contain adjectives, such as “she is beautiful” and "she has blonde and long hair".

Once upon a time, there lived a smart monkey on a small island. That sentence is a type of narrative text, not a descriptive text.
