Sobre esta actividad

Bank Vocabulary Challenge is an interactive digital tool designed for juniors and seniors to reinforce banking vocabulary learned in class (e.g., bank account, deposit, withdrawal, bank officer, bankbook, deposit slip, withdrawal slip, safe deposit box, etc.). The tool is presented as a yes/no game that integrates reading comprehension questions accompanied by images related to the banking environment, allowing students to interpret the text and answer simply.

Each activity consists of a series of binary (yes/no) questions in English about bank actions, processes, and objects, supported by real illustrations or photos (e.g., a person at an ATM, a teller dispensing cash, a customer signing a deposit slip, etc.). This strengthens not only specific vocabulary but also the understanding of real-world contexts.

The tool's design promotes critical thinking and careful reading, as some statements are intended to elicit a "no" response (for example, unrealistic or extreme conditions), encouraging students to reason before selecting their answer. At the end of each session, automatic feedback is displayed with the correct answer and a brief explanation in Spanish or English, reinforcing learning.
