Sobre esta actividad
In many cities, environmental problems are commonly linked to industrial activities and government decisions. However, this perspective often overlooks the role that everyday habits play in environmental impact, especially when these actions are repeated over time.
Mateo, a high school student, became aware of this situation during a school project on sustainability. He realized that some of his daily routines—such as using single-use plastic products, taking long showers, and leaving electronic devices connected—were contributing to environmental damage more than he had previously thought.
As a result, Mateo decided to make small changes in his routine, including using reusable products and reducing energy consumption. Although these actions seemed insignificant at first, over time he noticed positive changes, and some of his classmates began to reflect on their own habits. This experience led him to understand that individual actions, when repeated and shared, can influence broader environmental change.
