Jake is at his school locker when he decides to transform into a lizard. The night before, he and his friends had caught the lizard so they could touch it and get its DNA. As Jake begins to transform, he feels the lizard's mind take over and he's driven by his instincts. He doesn't quite understand what's happening around him and ends up chasing and accidentally eating a spider. Although he tries to stay calm, inside he's terrified and screams in his mind because he can't control the lizard's body.
