Sobre esta actividad

Read the text and choose the correct option.

Last weekend, Laura decided to visit an art museum in her city. At first, she wasn’t very excited because she thought museums were usually boring. However, when she arrived, she was surprised. The building itself was amazing, and the modern exhibition was really interesting.

Laura was fascinated by the paintings because each one told a story. Some of the stories were shocking, while others were touching. She was especially moved by a picture of a small child holding a candle in the dark. It was so inspiring that she stayed in front of it for almost fifteen minutes.

While she was walking through the museum, Laura met a guide who explained some of the most confusing pieces. At first, she was embarrassed to ask questions, but the guide was so friendly that she soon felt relaxed. She realized that asking questions was not only helpful but also exciting because she discovered new details she would never have noticed alone.

After two hours, Laura felt tired but satisfied. She was proud of herself because she had tried something different. The museum visit made her feel motivated to explore other cultural places. Instead of spending her weekends in the same unexciting way, she wanted to find new activities that could be surprising and rewarding.
