Milena Warthon is a Peruvian singer and songwriter.
She was born on March 21st, 2000, in Lima. She sings "pop andino," a musical genre that mix traditional Andean music with pop.
Milena Warthon started singing when she was eight years old in a school contest. At thirteen, she took singing lessons, and at fourteen, she became the main singer of her school band. In 2018, while studying communications at the University of Lima, she began her professional music career. Her style mixes Andean music with pop. She became famous after joining "La Voz Perú" in 2021. In 2023, she won the Silver Seagull award at the Viña del Mar Festival with her song "Warmisitay," made for her grandmother. In 2021, she also started her clothing brand called "POP ANDINO BY Milena Warthon" to share Andean culture.
