It takes its name from the phrase “by time” (wal- ʿāṣr) por fatma fahmy 1 except those who have faith and do righteous deeds, 2 By Time! 3 Indeed man is in loss, 4 and enjoin one another to [follow] the truth, and enjoin one another to patience. وَتَواصَوا بِالحَقِّ وَتَواصَوا بِالصَّبرِ إِلَّا الَّذينَ آمَنوا وَعَمِلُوا الصّالِحاتِ إِنَّ الإِنسانَ لَفي خُسرٍ وَالعَصرِ
