Drug-drug increase in TCA levels if given w/cimetidine, fluoxetine, ranitidine; increased risk of bleeding if given w/anticoagulants; risk of severe hyper pyretic crisis, convulsions, hypertensive episodes, death if given w/MAOIs).
AEs: Dizziness, vertigo, weakness, myalgia, BP alterations, tightness/pressure in chest, injection site discomfort, tingling, burning sensations, numbness
Contraindications: Acute narrow-angle glaucoma, shock, coma, pregnancy (could cause congenital birth defects), lactation.
AEs: DIzziness, vertigo, HA, hyperreflexia, tremors, mania, orthostatic hypotension, hypertensive crisis.
AEs: Numbness, tingling in fingers/toes, muscle pain in extremities, pulselessness/weakness in legs, tachycardia, bradycardia, ergotism.

Drug-drug: peripheral ischemia/gangrene if given w/beta-blockers (-lol)
Contraindications: Pregnancy, active coronary artery disease exacerbated by vessel-constricting effects of this drug.
Contraindicatons: Hepatic impairment, nephritis, pregnancy (potential for congenital defects); respiratory distress/dysfunction.

Contraindicatons: Hx of pheochromocytoma; CV disease, HTN, coronary disease, angina, CHF; abnormal CNS vessels/defects
