Healthy are good for our body and can be found in nuts , avocados , olive oils , fish , eggs , and soya beans , and Unhealthy are not good for us , and eating too much of them can cause serious health problems . These can be found in processed foods , pastries , and biscuits .

Another category is , they are a nutrient found in two forms , sugars present in fruits and vegetables , beans , and dairy products , and starches present in rice , potatoes , grains , bread , and cereals .

Also , are important for the growth and repair of our bodies . Protein - rich food to include in our diet is lean meats , eggs , fish , tofu , seeds , nuts , and beans .
