Sometimes we think that we can go to heaven because we do things . BUT God said that we'd never be good enough to deserve . We could never get to on our own . We needed rescue from our sins , so we needed a . came and gave us salvation , it is a we need to choose to take .

" God saved you by his when you believed . And you can't take credit for this ; it is a from God . Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done , so none of us can boast about it . " Ephesians 2 : 8 - 9

Because we know salvation is a gift , we also know that we don't have to earn it . This means we don't have to be " good enough " to be saved . We need to do the right thing , Jesus taught us that , it is important . But God us ! The Holy Spirit will us to do the things , when we listen to him , and we'll become more like Jesus every day . God will keep working to help us be like he wants us , like it says in Philipians 1 : 6

" And I am certain that God , who began the good work within you , will continue his work until it is finally on the day when Christ returns . "


So remember , you are . Salvation is a , you can't earn it by being good enough or loose it by not being good enough . We still do the thing . The shows us what is right . God in us until we're like his son , Jesus .
