Brain lobesVersión en línea

Read the function and choose the linked brain lobe.

por Luisa Ascencio
1 It is involved with memory and hearing, and process information from our senses of smell, taste, and sound. They also play a role in memory storage. 2 It contains the brain's visual processing system: it processes images from our eyes and links that information with images stored in memory. 3 It is responsible to manage sensation, handwriting, and body position. It interprets sensory information, such as temperature and touch, and is responsible for processing sensory information from various parts of the body. 4 It serves as a conduit from the brain to the spinal cord. As a result, is involved with motor, sensory, and special sensory function, as well as regulation of temperature, cardiac function, respiratory function, and consciousness. 5 It is responsible for many of the aspects of cognition that seem uniquely human, including aspects of planning, language, emotional control, and personality. 6 It has an important role in motor activity. But it is also connected to many regions of the cerebrum, ingluding those involved in sensory systems, cognition, language and emotions.
