In conclusion , here are my ( 1 ) on how to manage time more ( 2 ) in our department , At the ( 3 ) we spend too much time answering ( 4 ) business correspondence . It would be a ( 5 ) idea to prioritize all written communications : letters , emails and phone calls , so that the most important are dealt with first . ( 6 ) , employees should note down how long they will spend on each job . A task that is important should be given more time than a less important task . ( 7 ) , we usually have a monthly meeting to discuss and prioritize departmental deadlines . It would be ( 8 ) if this was changed to a weekly meeting .
