to
support
and
present

don't
agree

they
usually
have
to
take
all
the
hate
because
they
are
a
link
between
employees
and
management
.
Without
a
doubt
working
in
HR
requires
something
more
than
just
being
friendly
,
helpful
,
and
kind
.
According
to

specialist
,
operations
or
general
management
is
a
better
choice
for
those
who
are
into
others
.
Keep
this
in
mind
,
if
HR
is
your
dream
job
.
If
you
are
an

professional

keep
perspective
,
do

job
with
empathy
,
but
don't
be
afraid
to
give
the
bad
news
.
