Stone dies , she still instructs him to go to the room in the tower . One day , in real life , his friend Clinton invites him to his family's house in the country , everything is the same as in his nightmare , except for the names and personalities of the family . However , unlike the dream , the visit is enjoyable . During a thunderstorm , his friend's mom offers him a room in the tower the young man feels very scared , but he tries not to be afraid . While they prepare the room , they find an old picture of Mrs . Stone from the dream , they take off the wall . Strangely , their hands are covered in blood , but they aren't hurt . Feeling uneasy , they go to bed . Suddenly , the young man wakes up because of a loud noise . Mrs . Stone is next to his bed , telling him she is a vampire wants to turn him into one too .
