I do not know how hours I spens in my kitchen . I am 63 and every day I cook dinner for my husband , my daughter and her husband , and my two teenage grandchildren .

I never eat so meat , just some goat or mutton kebabs with peanut sauce from time to time . I make soup and vegetable dishes .

My daughter's favorite is beef soup with coconut milk . Over the past years she has eaten so bowls of soup . We combine the soup with spice taste . I use garlic and chili peppers for the paste . Hot and spicy , yummy !

I prepare different things , but for sure with my grandchildren like most is my pickled vegetable dish . They love vegetables , but they are particularly fond of cabbage . They also usually eat a lot of fruit , but now they do not eat mangoes or pineapples anymore .

When they go to the city centre , they buy one of those American burgers . I don't want them to eat much fast food . Well , there are some healthy alternatives in town , but not that . You can't find fruit salads there . There is one thing I know for sure : I wouldn't be able to eat that burger stuff !
