As determined by their manager or supervisor, an employee who has been trained and is knowledgeable of the contruction and operation of equipment or a specific work method.
Has adecuate knowledge of electricity and is reconize and avoid the electrical hazards that might be present with respect to that equipment or work method.
This includes all voltage testing for calibration, troubleshooting or lockout / tagout verification.
Any work on or near exposed current carrying conductors at 50 volts or above (AC or DC).
