Provides a full array of services for clients in need of urgent basic human needs.
Counseling
This program includes: Congregate Meals, Home-Delivery Meals, Summer Food, Child and Adult Care Food, Seniors Farmer’s Market, Senior Food Program, etc.
Health Care
Offers financial assistance to persons who are at risk of being evicted, or have their heat or lights turned off due to a recent crisis.
Provides services to families and individuals who are experiencing a wide range of social and personal problems.
Counseling on an individual or family/group basis for adults 18 or older affected with alcohol/drug related problems.
Homelessness
Housing for seniors 65 and over who qualify for this Medicaid-sponsored program.
This program includes the annual Health Fairs, Immunization Linkage Outreach Program, and Vision Screening.
Provides early childhood education to promote growth in the following areas: social/emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development.
