You send Janine for a drug test before her second interview. Tyrese stops by the company front desk. He asks to see you about his application. You see that he is well kept, is a good communicator and like his drive to check back in. You bring him back immediately for an interview. Cynthia attends an interview with you, for a bank teller position. She uses a wheelchair for mobility. During the interview, you share the job description for the teller job and ask "Are you able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without an accommodation?"
