Dear Sir / Madame ,

I am in connection my staying at your hotel last month . I want to express my strong with the service I received while being a guess at your hotel .

of all , I had asked for a double , room on the ground that shops would be approachable . In your advertisement you stated that well stocked supermarkets were in distance from your premises , but they were actually about 4km away and they provided a very limited of goods . In , the buses you mentioned as running came by every three hours . That made us either spend hours waiting or paying lots of money on taxis .

from these , the staff was truly and unwilling to help solve any problems . For , when I asked them to come and mend the in my room which was down , it took them more than two hours to do something about it .
I will not be staying at your hotel in the future . I trust the situation will and that you will me for this unacceptable treatment .
