It is a timeline for when different events and methods are presented throughout the year. This area of the department supports the experiences of residents from marginalized identities, and hosts a vast majority of the large-scale events to build community within HRE. Brief talking points that Student Leaders use to promote events, engage in discussion, and build interpersonal relationships with members of their communities. Physical artifacts that showcase how Student Leaders execute and meet the learning outcomes of each events and/or method. Collecting information about the ups and downs throughout the process of executing a strategy in order to analyze, reflect, and improve the way we continue to continuously develop and work to improve RLM overtime. Residents forge meaningful connections with their peers, success in their academic pursuits, an acceptance of their truest selves, and a sense of self-actualization. It means that a resident is flourishing in an authentic community where they can learn, engage, grow, and laugh together. A stand-out experience in our resident's lives that occurred through their participation in the RLM. An approach to developing community within the residence halls that is focused on what a resident learns while in college.
