Once the disc is caught the “handler” must come to a complete stop. He/she may pivot but must maintain one planted foot at all times (even on the follow through).
The thrower or “handler” has 10 seconds to throw the disc once caught.
A point is scored when a receiver catches the disc in the end zone.
