There are six essential nutrients people should consume every day. They play different and important roles in the body that will help the body stay healthy and functioning adequate.
There are two main type of proteins, plant protein and animal protein. Animal protein is derived from animals such as chicken, beef, pork. fish, shrimps. eggs, and dairy food. On the other hand you can also find protein derived from seed such as chia and hemps, and also from beans corn and nuts; that it is called plant based protein
Milk it is not the only source of calcium. Calcium is also found in vegetables such as broccoli and nuts. Eat more of them :)
Whole grains and oatmeal are charged of nutrients and benefits for your body. They will provide you steady energy, they won't make you feel down during the day as sugary food does.
Sugary food is number one cause of obesity. Your body doesn't like sugar at all. In fact sugary foods acts as a drug, the more you eat them the more you want. They contain empty calories that will not provide any nutrients that your body needs.
