It goes down when we inhale the O2 and it goes up when we exhale the CO2. 4 They are tiny and microscopic air sacs which look like grapes; they have capillaries and the air passes through them to the bloodstream. 5 The trachea or windpipe divides at the end into these two branches and they are connected into the lungs 6 It is a long tube is made with rings of cartilage and the air passes through it from below the larynx. 7 It is a vital gas from the air that we inhale and it is important for us to do our physical activities. 8 It is the first part of the respiratory system where we inhale the air/oxygen. 2 3 4 7 6 5 8
