[2011] An agreement to a lawsuit that requires that Medi-Cal provide all foster children & those at risk of entering into care, with in-home & community-based services. Requires CFT meetings for those receiving Intensive Care Coordination services.

[2012] Transitions group homes into an intensive short-term intervention tasked with returning children to a permanent and stable family setting in as short time possible while maintaining the same level of residentially based services & supports.
