Active peptic ulcer
Oral anticoagulant therapy
Known structural cerebral vascular leeson
Ischaemic stroke within 6 months, EXCEPT acute ischaemic stroke within 4.5 hours
Recent (within 2 to 4 weeks) internal bleeding
Major surgery (<3 weeks)
Suspected aortic dissection
Traumatic or prolonged (>10 min) CPR
Active bleeding or bleeding diathesis (excluding menses)
Severe uncontrolled hypertension (unresponsive to emergency therapy)
