Reading is possible at any time and any speed. It should be clear because immediate feedback is not possible. The idea of an audience generates contact. Never repeat anybody else’s ideas or words without acknowledgment. Use of topic sentences, paragraphs, units, conventional rules of grammar, formal and precise vocabulary. Writing needs to be TAUGHT and LEARNT. The writer and the reader do not have contact in time and space. Something cannot be changed once it is written.
