Provides educational programs for adult learners who may need to develop their basic literacy, numeracy, or language skills, or who seek to earn a high school diploma or an equivalency credential (see chapter 7).
Create and design educational curricula that align with industry standards and meet the needs of learners and employers (see chapter 10).

Develops and delivers educational programs that prepare learners for specific careers and industries. They work in secondary schools, community colleges, and vocational schools.
