IT IS ILLEGAL TO BE PUNISHED WITH FINES OR PENALTIES WITHOUT OFFICIAL JUDGEMENT/DUE PROCESS

NO ONE CAN BE DEPRIVED OF THEIR LIBERTY OR THEIR LIFE WITHOUT PROPER JUDGMENT/DUE PROCESS

THE STATE HAS TO BRING YOU BEFORE A JUDGE IF IT WANTS TO KEEP YOU IN JAIL

A PERSON CAN'T BE PUNISHED MORE SEVERELY THAN THE CRIME

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY THAT IS MADE UP OF YOUR PEERS
