Hi my name is Lillian Rios Shepps. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. I worked as a Elementary Teacher and as a School Counselor in all the levels (elementary, middle, high and with adults) for the Board of Education of Puerto Rico for 32 years. On August 2018 I moved to Florida. In this moment I am working as a Elementary School counselor. I love being a school counselor since I can help others to succeed in their life.
