Mantle
Outer core
Lower mantle & Upper mantle or Asthenosphere.
Inner core
Are areas that are in contact with continental plates, where horizontal or lateral movements predominate. In this places the lithosphere is not created or destroyed but causes earthquakes.
When two tectonic plates separate from each other, the magma rises from the asthenosphere and forms a new ocean mantle or ground, they are called constructive boundaries because when they cool down they contribute to the formation of great mountain ranges or ridges.
When a tectonic plate sinks below another more resistant one, thus melting back with the asthenosphere, the subduction also creates coastal mountain ranges, volcanoes and trenches.
