Hi everyone . Daniela Rossi . I'm from Ancona , Italy . my favorite holiday food . In my hometown , when we celebrate Christmas , we always serve a lot of food . is Vincigrassi or Marche Lasagna . This dish pasta filled with ground beef , sausage , chopped chicken , salted ham , and sometimes mushrooms . All the ingredients are baked until crisp on top . I really like this dish . .
